L’attenzione e il rispetto per le materie prime, di eccellente qualità, si riscontrano tutte nella leggerezza e digeribilità della pizza, napoletana tradizionale e sapientemente lievitata.
Salsiccia e friarielli e la Margherita sono i classici intramontabili da provare assolutamente. La pizza del giorno è il risultato della creatività dei pizzaioli nel testare nuovi gusti, con una attenzione particolare alla stagionalità.
Da provare, ovviamente, i Panuozzi, tutti farciti a bocca di forno dalle mani esperte di Ilona o Giuseppe. Limoncello ghiacciato e Tiramisù sono una chiusura perfetta. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che accettabile.

Located in the center of Utrecht O'panuozzo is a small and welcoming venue. You will be welcomed by a cheerful staff always ready to tell you about their menu with all their Neapolitan passion. Great care and respect are put into the ingredients used and they are all of high quality. This is evident in the lightness and digestibility of the pizza. The pizza is traditional in the Neapolitan style skilfully leavened. A must-try are the timeless classics like Sausage and broccoli rape, and the Margherita. The pizza of the day is the result of the creativity of the pizza makers in testing out new pairings with particular attention to seasonality. We also recommend trying the stuffed panuozzi, all prepared at the mouth of the oven by the expert hands of Ilona or Giuseppe. Iced limoncello or tiramisu is a perfect way to end things. The value for money is more than acceptable.
