Due Costiere: quella che cinge a sud Lago d’Orta e Valsesia, con alle spalle l’imponente Monte Rosa; e la seconda, che arriva fin qui con sapori, passione e mestiere. E, soprattutto, con il suo simbolo per eccellenza, la pizza. Si solfeggia sulla qualità: bordo basso, lievemente croccante, buone materie tra cui un’eccellente mozzarella. Mano competente e sempre ferma. Pizze per lo più classiche, da non perdere quelle di mare e, in particolare, l’impeccabile “calamari” delicata e con un fritto eseguito a regola d’arte. Di contorno una buona cucina (pesce al centro), attenti cantina e servizio.
This venue references two coasts. The first encircles Lake Orta and Valsesia to the south with the imposing Monte Rosa behind it. The second is the passion and craftsmanship that is expressed in the flavors here. Most importantly, it is found in the symbol par excellence: the pizza. Quality reigns supreme in this establishment. The pizza has a low edge and is slightly crunchy. Good ingredients are used, including an excellent mozzarella. The pizzas are made with competence and a steady hand. You will find mostly classic proposals, but do not miss out on trying the seafood versions as well. In particular, we recommend the impeccable “calamari,” a delicate pizza with fried calamari cooked to perfection. In addition, you will also find good proposals from the kitchen (for the most part seafood). The service is attentive and the wine cellar does not disappoint.
