This is the classic “cartwheel” style pizza and its 24-hour leavening process makes it your typical, well-made Neapolitan pizza. You can enjoy it in one of the various locations in the area between Porto Alegre and San Paolo. The moment we saw the pizza Cossack with tomato and cheese on the menu, we felt like we were in Naples - this pizza is a rarity to find outside of Italy. Among the ingredients used, we find the tomato, flour, and olive oil that quite obviously come from the Bel Paese, in addition to the many fresh products found locally. Among the desserts, we recommend trying these classics: the Sicilian Cannoli and the Tiramisu.
