Pizza and Prosecco DOC dinner in cooperation with Consorzio del Prosecco DOC
After a forced 2 year stop due to the pandemic situation, 50 Top Pizza events in Asia Pacific are finally resuming. The most famous worldwide guide for the most loved Italian comfort food organised in Hong Kong a Pizza and Prosecco DOC dinner in cooperation with Consorzio del Prosecco DOC in order to showcase some of the best Italian sparkling wines. Virgilio – creating value is managing 50 Top brand in the whole Asia Pacific and on July 5th 2022 organised a special dinner at Fiata by Salvatore Fiata, one of the most preferred locations in Hong Kong center for a great pizza.
Chef Salvatore delighted his guests with Marinara, Bufala and Estate pizzas, together with his signature Diavola.
The Italian sommelier Gabriele Falcone led the wine tasting in front of 40 selected people among food&beverage and media industry, showcasing 6 different labels from Consorzio del Prosecco DOC, including Prosecco DOC Rosé and Prosecco DOC Extra Dry.
