Un locale perfetto per il quartiere di Porta Romana in piena espansione. Pizzottella è dinamico e tanto saporito, si entra e si sceglie la pizza in teglia (impasto con prefermento ad alta idratazione da soli grani italiani) direttamente dall’ampio banco di tre metri (rivestito in piastrelle di gres vietrese decorate a mano) dov’è esposta in bella mostra. Difficile non assaggiarle tutte, alveolate e ricche nei condimenti, riprendono alcune ricette capitoline come la squisita cacio e pepe, la gricia o la amatriciana. Alla sera è possibile invece ordinare anche la tipologia tonda, sottile e croccante, da gustare durante la bella stagione nel dehor esterno. Basta entrare e scegliere tra i quasi trenta gusti scritti sulla lavagna a muro.

It is difficult not to try them all. They are bubbly with generous toppings. Some recipes from the capital are represented such as the exquisite cacio e pepe, the gricia or the amatriciana. In the evening you can also order the round type of pizza. It is thin and crunchy, and can be enjoyed in the outdoor dining area in warm weather. You just need to go in and choose from almost thirty different selections written on the blackboard on the wall.
